The center has specified the review guidelines
that aim to improve the effectiveness of training and openly selected
suitable small and medium businesses for participation as a reference for
those interested in applying. The review is performed by the members of the
Steering Committee, who are experts and scholars from industrial,
governmental and academic sectors employed by the president of the school.
The employment contracts shall specify term of contract, responsibility and
confidentiality in order to protect the privacy of corporations and
individuals. The president is a natural member and the convener of the
Steering Committee. The director of the center is a natural member and the
vice convener.

A review will be performed on
the written technical details in an application within 5 days after the
admission of the application. The review meeting by the Steering Committee
will take place within 20 days.
2.
The entire review duration
lasts less than 4 weeks (excl. data corrections).

The center performs the
initial document verification.

Relevant scholars and
experts are invited to review written technical details.
3.
If an application fails the
technical review, the applicant may submit a reapplication within one month
and the center will perform a second technical review.
4.
A review meeting by the
Steering Committee will take place and the applicant shall be present to
give a briefing.

persons from the industrial and academic sectors to be the reviewers in
