Manageable items include participant and venue management,
utility management, operation performance management and are in the charge
of the management team.

Participants should inform
the center of their permanent stationing staff and ensure that they obey
all curfew rules.
2.
Participants should wear ID
cards during working hours.
3.
Design drawings for plumbing
and electricity or interior construction are subject to prior approval.
4.
Standard OA equipment in
the venue may be borrowed upon signature and kept by participants.
Participants should be responsible for returning them when leaving.
5.
The venue may be made
available for participants to perform trial sale and R&D testing
(places for corporate research or experiment.)
6.
The venue shall not be
registered as the branch office of any participant.
7.
Hazardous wastes produced
by participants shall be cleared or disposed of by participants in
accordance with relevant environmental laws.

Utility use is divided into
two types: self-service and registered. Self-service users should exercise
due diligence and use individual utilities in strict accordance with respective
notes on use.
2.
For paid utilities, users
pay after use and the payments are settled on a monthly basis.
3.
Project managers may
coordinate the time of utility use in the case of any overlap.

Participants should produce quarterly progress reports to be submitted
for review.
