The graduation requirements for a participant are as follows.
Each requirement is individually valid.
1.
The term of participation
is completed.
2.
The manpower scale is
expanded to over 5 persons per spatial unit (65m2).
3.
Technological transfer is
completed or a product has officially entered mass production.
If a participant commits any of the following breaches, the
contract may be
terminated in accordance with a resolution of the Steering Committee and
the breaching participant shall relocate before the required deadline
(within one month).
．An
outstanding down-payment is not paid up for over 3 months.
．The participant is involved
in an illegal action and the case is proved to be true through
investigation.
．The business engaged by the
participant clearly fails to comply with that stated in the application.
．The participant breaches the
contract signed between the participant and the center.
．The progress of the
participant falls seriously behind according to the progress report.
．Other
significant defaults.
