product are innovative or prototypal are entitled to apply.

The center
will notify in writing the review results of an application within 30 days
after the official admission of the application. If the application is not
approved, the applicant is entitled to submit a reapplication once within
one month. If the reapplication is not approved, all the documents
submitted will be returned. Any similar application is not permitted in
less than six months.
